NavJack US honors a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all our products against all defects during manufacturing and production.

What is Covered

When you buy NavJack products your covered with a limited 1 Year Warranty against any defects found that are caused by the manufacturing or production processes. This includes defects in material surfaces, structure, assembly, and composition that affect the function and quality of the product.

Damage caused by production handling and transport are also covered under warranty but do not include damage when in transit with a shipping provider.

Damage caused by dropping, scratching, crushing, and other outside circumstances are covered only if found to be a fault in the function of the product’s design meant to protect it from such damage. Warranties for these scenarios will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not cover any damage to your devices unless explicitly stated in the product’s special terms. Our products do not make your device invulnerable, and are designed to help protect them from normal wear and tear and more extreme conditions within the ratings and standards they’ve been tested agains.

How to File a Claim

To file a claim please contact us through out support form here and select warranties in the dropdown menu. Please send us any information you can about the claim and we will contact you within 48 hours. We may need additional information such as photos and the return of the product before we process the warranty and grant any refund or replacement.
